30ml Alizé Rose
15ml Marie Brizard Elderflower Liqueur
15ml Lemon Juice
60ml Prosecco
Soda Water
Mint Leaves

This is the cocktail to cool things down if the weather’s hot. Mix the Alizé Rose, Marie Brizard elderflower liqueur, lemon juice and Prosecco in a cocktail shaker. Mix well.

Add crushed ice to a balloon glass.

Pour the cocktail mixture over the ice and add a dash of soda water and garnish with mint leaves.
